Every successful company has a beginning, and ours started with a dream. In 2001, Juan Carlos Silva and his wife, Ondina Silva, relocated from Miami to Naples, Florida, determined to build a better future for their family and their community. 

With little more than hard work, determination, and years of construction experience, they founded Casablanca Homes, Inc. Like many family-owned businesses, Casablanca Homes didn't begin with a large office or a team of employees.

 It began with long days, late nights, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Juan worked on construction sites himself, overseeing projects, managing crews, and ensuring every detail met his high standards. 

At the same time, Ondina played an equally important role behind the scenes—designing homes, preparing building plans, coordinating projects, and helping transform clients' ideas into homes their families would enjoy for generations.

 Together, they built Casablanca Homes from the ground up. Not through advertising. Not through shortcuts. But through honesty, craftsmanship, and the referrals of satisfied homeowners. 

Over the years, Casablanca Homes has grown from a small family operation into one of the most respected residential builders serving Naples, Marco Island, and Southwest Florida.
